The better the photo, the better we can capture your pet’s little details! We recommend choosing a clear, well-lit photo where your pet’s face and features are easy to see. Close-up photos work best, but full-body photos are also welcome.

Absolutely! 🐾 We can create custom embroidered portraits of more than just dogs and cats. Whether it’s your horse, rabbit, bird, guinea pig or another beloved animal, we’d love to bring them to life in embroidery.

Our standard turnaround time for orders is roughly 2 weeks from the order date; however, this often changes, especially during high volume periods like holidays. We strive to ensure your order is ready within this timeframe, but occasionally, there may be delays due to unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate your patience and understanding in these cases.

Yes, if you choose the preview option when ordering we'll email you a preview of your pet portrait before any embroidery begins. From there, you can either accept the design as-is or reject it and request changes. If you reject it, you'll have 2 rounds of revisions to get the design just right, and we won't start embroidering until you're happy with the final result.
